Gatau Chocolate

Introduction

The origins of gateau chocolate wad made by the French aristocracy in 1719. Conrad Hagag, a French aristocrat left chocolate torte in his note. In Japan, Japan style arrangements have become common since the 1980s and the current gatou chocolate was created.

 When I was little, my sister and I were addicted to baking sweets.Esepasilly, on Valentine's Day, I used to make various sweets every year and distribute sweets made by our to my freinds.Among the many sweets I made, I would like to introduce a recipe for gateau chocolate, which is especially fun to make and delicious.

Materials

Three chocolate bars ・90grams of batter (not including salt) 50ml of cream three of yolks 40 grams of sugar 30 grams of pancake mix

70 grams of cocoa powder (not including sugar) three of egg white  50 grams of sugar

Rabber spatual  Three different  bowls ・one whisk 


Produces

1, First, you breake the three chocolate bars with your hands, and put in the boal. Cut t90 grams of the  batter into thin slices, and you warm sliced the batter  in hot water. Remove from hot water and add 90ml of  the cream and mix untill smooth. 



                                                                                                                       

2. Next, put the three of the  yorks and 50 grams of the suger in the different bowls and mix unitill whitish, add to the bowl made in step 1.


                                                                                                

3. After that, add to three of the egg whites and 40 grams of the sugar in different from step1 and step2, and stir with the  whisk until formy to make meringe.



                                                                                               

4. Then, add  half of the meringe made in step 3 to in the bowl made in the step 2, and mix with the whisk untill smooth. Next, add half of the shaken cocoa powder and half of the shaken pancake mix with the rubber spatula.

                                                                                         


   

5.  Put the the remaining meringe the bowl made in step 4 and stir crispy, then add  the remaining half of the shaken cocoa powder ,and the remaining half of the shaken pancake powder to the  bowl made in step 4.

                                                                                             

6. Next, pour the contents of the bowl made in step 5 into a cake mold with a radius of 10cm.Then hammer  the mold onto the desk, and spread the dough to every corner, and bake in a preheated oven for 45minutes.

7. After that remove from the oven and sprinkle with 30 gram of the powdered sugar when the heat is removed. 

8. Finally, you cut into 16 equal pices and serve on a plate! Compleate!



                                                                                            

Concullsion

Gatou chocolate has very rich taste, so if you eat with cream, it will have a smooth taste and, Gatou chocolate is very high-calorie, so do not eat alone,give it to everyone!!!
